Central Finance Limited to close its book on Kartik 14

Central Finance Limited (CFCL) has published a notice on NEPSE regarding its book closure.
The finance company had announced 8.77% bonus share worth Rs.6.63 Crore out of the profits of the year 73/74. For this purpose, the books of the company will be closed on Kartik 14, 2075 (October 31, 2018). This decision comes after 263rd BOD meeting held on Ashoj 26, 2075.
After the issue of 8.77% bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the finance company will reach Rs.82.34 Crore.
