Central Finance (CFCL) Proposes 11% Dividend for FY 2077/78

Central Finance Limited (CFCL) has proposed an 11% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The 309th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 29 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 88.1 crores. 7.7% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs 6.78 crores and 3.3% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 2.9 crores have been proposed.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, CFCL has an LTP of Rs. 445.
