CBIL Capital Reports Rise in NAV and Net Profit in Poush of its Both Mutual Funds

Citizens Mutual Fund-1 (CMF1), a 7-year closed-end mutual fund scheme has published its monthly report for the month of Poush, 2079. 

As per the report, a mutual fund has reported a rise in Net Assets Value (NAV) to Rs. 9.64 from Rs. 8.93. The scheme which began with a fund size of Rs. 82 crores has invested Rs. 46.28 crores in the shares of listed companies and Rs. 10.56 lakhs in non-listed shares. This scheme has invested Rs. 8 crores in fixed return assets, Rs 15.64 crores in debentures, and Rs. 7.15 crores in the bank balance.

It has reported a net profit of Rs. 4.06 crores till Poush. The fund had reported a net loss of Rs. 1.76 crores in the month before that.

NAV Report

Citizens Mutual Fund-2 (CMF2) is CBIL Capital Limited's second mutual fund scheme and is a 7-year closed-end fund. The scheme has published its NAV report for the month of Poush, 2079.

As per the report, the NAV has surged to Rs. 10.45 till Poush's end which was 9.69 a month ago. The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs. 56 crores has invested Rs. 35.2 crores in the shares of listed companies and Rs. 7.38 lakhs in non-listed shares. This scheme has invested Rs. 4.5 crores in fixed return assets, Rs 9.6 crore in debentures, and Rs. 8.42 crores in the bank balance.

It has reported a net profit of Rs. 2.91 crores till Poush's end. Whereas, in the month before that a net loss was Rs. 1.33 crores of this fund.
