CBIL Capital holds its 15th AGM; endorses decision to provide 25% cash dividend to shareholders

15th Annual General Meeting of CBIL Capital Limited (a subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Limited) was held at the company’s office at Batuleghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu.
The AGM passed the agenda to distribute a cash dividend of 25% from the company’s profit of the Fiscal Year 2077-78, as per the media statement.
