CBIL Capital approved by SEBON to function as Merchant Banker

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has given final approval to CBIL Capital Limited to function as a merchant banker on Bhadra 17, 2073. Citizen Investment Trust and other businessman have jointly invested in the merchant banker. The registrar office is located at Batuleghar, Dillibajar, Kathmandu and it will provide all services related to merchant banking. Mr Ganesh Raj Pokhrel is the chairman of CBIL Merchant Banker. Azad Shrestha, Bodhraj Devkota and Ramdhan Shrestha are in Board of Director. Samir Prasad Dahal is the Chief Executing Officer and Nalina Shrestha as an Acting Chief Executive Officer. The newly opened merchant banker will provide services as of issue manager, share registrar and portfolio management. In addition, it will provide DP services, share dematerialization and promotion of mutual fund. Citizens Bank has been providing portfolio management services from all the branches around the country.
