Cash Dividend Declarations: 15.79% for Sanima Growth Fund, and 21.05% for Sanima Large Cap Fund; When's the Book Closure?

Sanima Growth Fund (SAGF) and Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF) have declared the dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82, respectively.

The meeting of the board of directors of Sanima Capital Limited held on Bhadra 14 has decided to distribute a 21.05% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 25.26 Crore to the unitholders of Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF), and 15.79% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 10.61 to the unitholders of Sanima Growth Fund (SAGF) for the fiscal year 2081/82.

Sanima Growth Fund (SAGF) is a closed-ended mutual fund with an 11-year maturity period, while Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF) is a closed-end mutual fund with a 7-year maturity period. All these funds are sponsored by Sanima Bank Limited and managed by Sanima Capital.

For the month of Ashadh, the NAV of SAGF stands at Rs. 12.15. Meanwhile, the NAV of SLCF for the same period was Rs. 12.25.

6th Bhadra is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained till the 5th Bhadra are entitled to the dividend payout.
