Nabil Balanced Fund - 2 (NBF2) and Nabil Balanced Fund III (NBF3) have declared their dividends for the fiscal year 2081/2082.

The 123rd meeting of the board of directors of Nabil Investment Banking Limited held on Bhadra 12 has decided to distribute a 13% dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 14.56 Crore to Nabil Balanced Fund - 2 (NBF2) and an 13% cash dividend (including tax) worth 16.25 Crores to the unitholders of Nabil Balanced Fund III (NBF3) for the fiscal year 2081/82.

Nabil Balanced Fund—2 (NBF2) and Nabil Balanced Fund III (NBF3) are closed-end mutual funds with a 10-year maturity period. Both funds are sponsored by Nabil Bank Limited and managed by Nabil Investment Banking Limited.

For the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of NBF2 is reported at Rs. 11.96, compared to its previous closing at Rs. 9.90. Similarly, the NAV of NBF3 stands at Rs. 11.74.

The book closure date is 22nd Bhadra. Thus, unit holders maintained until the 21st Bhadra are entitled to the dividend payout.
