Cash Dividend Declarations: 10% for NIBLGF; 7% for NIBSF2 and 11.75% for MMF1; When's the Book Closure?

NIBL Growth Fund (NIBLGF), Mega Mutual Fund - 1 (MMF1) and NIBL Samriddhi Fund - 2 (NIBSF2) have declared their dividends for the fiscal year 2081/2082.

The 138th meeting of the board of directors of NIMB Ace Capital Limited (NIMBAC) held on Bhadra 19 has decided to distribute a 10% dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 13.2 Crore to NIBL Growth Fund (NIBLGF), 7% dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 10.5 Crore to NIBL Samriddhi Fund - 2 (NIBSF2) and a 11.75% cash dividend (including tax) worth 14.68 Crores to the unitholders of Mega Mutual Fund - 1 (MMF1) for the fiscal year 2081/82.

NIBL Growth Fund (NIBLGF), Mega Mutual Fund - 1 (MMF1) and NIBL Samriddhi Fund - 2 (NIBSF2) are closed-end mutual funds with a 10-year maturity period. These funds are sponsored by Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited and managed by NIMB Ace Capital Limited.

For the month of Shrawan, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of NIBLGF is reported at Rs. 11.03. Similarly, the NAV of NIBSF2 stands at Rs. 10.77 and NAV of MMF1 is 11.18

The book closure date is 27th Bhadra. Thus, unit holders who maintained their holdings until the 26th Bhadra are entitled to the dividend payout.
