Capital Plan of Sana Kisan Bikas Bank; 25% bonus in FY 2072/73 & FY 2073/74

Nepal Rastra Bank’s (NRB) Monetary Policy issued on Bhadra 8, 2073 has directed wholesaler microfinance to maintain its paid up capital up to Rs 60 crore for the FY 2073/74. Sana Kisan Bikas Bank Limited (SKBBL) has published its capital plan for the FY 2073/74. The microfinance company proposes to exercise below mentioned options to raise the paid up capital to NPR 60 crore within stipulated time frame by Ashad 2074. At present the microfinance company has paid up capital of Rs 40.24 crore. Sana Kisan Bikas Bank will distribute 25 percent bonus share from the net profit it earned in the FY 2072/73 and increase its paid up capital up to Rs 50.33 crore by Ashad end. In the FY 2073/74, the microfinance company will auction unsubscribed Rs 12.44 lakh  right share in the fiscal year 2073/74 and its paid up capital will reach to Rs 50.46 crore. Earlier the company had issued 50 percent right share to its shareholders closing on Poush 30, 2072. Likewise, the company will distribute 25 % bonus share in the same fiscal year 2073/74. With this, the paid up capital will reach to Rs 63.07 crore and the microfinance company will meet NRB requirement. sanakisan
