Buddha Air to go public; Plans to float 70% of its holding of the international flights

Buddha Air has announced to issue its shares to the general public and be established as a public company. The leading airlines company that has been conducting domestic flights have planned to indulge in international flights within 3 years.

So, the company has decided to keep 30% of the holding of the international flights and float 70% for the general public.

In a press conference, the MD of the airlines also said that the international journey would be made from the Pokhara International Airport.

Currently, Buddha Air makes regular flight for India. After the completion of construction of Pokhara International Airport, the initial flights will be travelling to various places of India and China.

The company has already received permission to make international journey.
