Breaking Records: Gold And Silver Reaches All-Time High

Gold prices in Nepal have climbed to a new historic high in the domestic market.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold surged by Rs. 5,500 per tola on Tuesday, reaching a record Rs. 267,200 per tola.

This marks a significant rise from the previous day’s price of Rs. 261,700 per tola and exceeds the earlier peak recorded on December 22, 2025.

Likewise, Tejabi gold witnessed a notable increase, rising to Rs. 266,500 per tola from Rs. 261,000 per tola a day earlier.

Silver prices also moved upward, gaining Rs. 20 per tola to settle at Rs. 4,255 per tola, the highest level recorded to date, up from Rs. 4,235 per tola previously.
