Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has published its second-quarter report for the FY 2078/2079 with an increment in Net Profit by a meager 1.34%. The bank's net profit has increased to Rs. 1.07 Arba in the second quarter of FY 2078/2079.
In the same quarter, the bank has Rs 57.82 crore as distributable profit after PL Appropriation and Regulatory Adjustments.
The bank’s deposit from customers increased by 12.54% to Rs. 1.44 kharba (compared to the immediate previous year ending) whereas loans and advances to customers increased by 14.13% to Rs. 1.35 kharba (compared to the immediate previous year ending) till the second quarter. The bank's Net Interest Income (core business income) has increased by 9.34% to Rs. 2.18 Arba compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The bank’s paid-up capital stands at Rs. 11.32 Arba with Rs. 4.53 Arba in Reserve and surplus. The Non-performing loan (NPL) remained at 0.31%.
The annualized earnings per share (EPS) of the Bank stood at Rs. 19.02 and Net worth per share stood at Rs. 140.02. The company traded at a P/E multiple of 20.19 times.
