Book closures of United and Pokhara Finance Cos today

United Finance Limited and Pokhara Finance Limited have announced book closure for their upcoming Annual General Meetings.

United Finance is holding its 19th AGM on November 22 at Trade Tower Nepal, Thapathali, Kathmandu.

The AGM is expected to endorse 12.5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year, besides releasing the finance company’s financial highlights and appointing the auditor.

Similarly, Pokhara Finance is holding its 17th AGM on November 15 at The Fulbari Resort, Lazimpat, Kathmandu to elect its BoD, among other things.
