Book closure of Rural Microfinance for 20% dividend on Poush 7; to hold AGM on Poush 28

Rural Microfinance Development Centre Limited (RMDC) has published book closure notice for the purpose of its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company has already proposed 20% dividend and will be endorsing from its AGM. As per the notice published by the company today, the register of its shareholders will remain close from Poush 7 till Poush 28, 2074 for the purpose its AGM. The company will be holding its AGM on Poush 28, 2074. Only those shareholders holding shares one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. until Poush 6, 2074 are eligible for the dividend and participation in the AGM. The board meeting of the company held on Ashwin 20, 2074 has proposed 5% bonus shares and 15% cash dividends to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2073/74. RMDC’s current paid up capital stands at Rs 69.21 crore. After 5% bonus shares, it will reach to Rs 72.67 crore. It has earned Rs 21.13 crore in the fourth quarter of the FY 2073/74. Its LTP stood at Rs 743 as of today (Mangsir 26, 2074).
