Book closure of Machhapuchchhre Bank 50% right share on Kartik 12; only 4 trading days left

Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited (MBL)'s  17^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Baisakh 26, 2073 had endorsed 2:1 (50%) right share and the commercial bank has announced book closure date for the same. As per the notice published in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) , the book closure date for 50% right issue has been set for Kartik 12, 2073 for one day. Only the shares registered one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. Kartik 11, 2073 will be eligible for the right shares. The right issue was also approved by the company’s 328^th BOD meeting held on Kartik 3, 2073. MBL had also approved 16 percent bonus share for the FY 2071/72. Machhapuchchhre Bank had earned Rs 89.18 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2072/73. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 3.86 arba. After issuing 50% right share, its paid up capital will reach to Rs 5.79 arba.
