Book Closure for 60% right shares of Srijana Finance on Bhadra 20, 2076; 2.76 Million units to be issued

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the book closure date for right shares of Srijana Finance Limited (SFFIL).

As per the notice published, the finance company has decided to distribute 2,764,692 units of shares as 60% right shares, to the existing shareholders of the company, at par value of Rs.100 per share to raise capital worth Rs.27.64 Crore.

For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed on 20^th Bhadra, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till 19^th Bhadra, 2076 will be eligible to claim the right shares.
