Book closure for 5th AGM of Vijaya Laghubitta on Mangsir 1; only 6 trading days left

Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) has announced book closure date. As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the book closure date has been set from Mangsit 1 to Mangsir 16, 2074. Thus only those shareholders holding shares till Kartik 30, 2074 i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed dividend. VLBS had announced 10% bonus shares and 5% cash dividends to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. VLBS paid up capital stands at Rs 16.10 crore and after 10% bonus shares, it will reach to Rs 17.71 crore. It had earned Rs 3.17 crore in the fourth quarter of the FY 2073/74. Its LTP stood at Rs 1,069 as of last trading day.
