Book closure for 25% right issue of Surya Life Insurance on Ashad 28; Only 5 trading days left; LTP stood Rs 1200

Surya Life Insurance Company Limited (SLICL) 7^th Annual General Meeting held on Ashwin 22, 2072 had approved 4:1 (25%) right shares to their shareholders and now the insurance company has announced the book closure date for the same. The book closure date for 25% right issues has been set for Ashad 28, 2073. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. Ashad 27 will be eligible for the right shares. Surya Life Insurance had earned a net profit of Rs. 79.09 lakh in the third quarter of the current fiscal year. The paid up capital of the insurance company stands at Rs 50 crore. After the issuance of 25 percent, its paid up capital will stand at Rs 62.5 crore . Laxmi Capital Market Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for the right issue. Its last traded price stood at Rs 1200 as on July 4, 2016.
