Book closure for 14% bonus shares & AGM of Siddhartha Bank on Falgun 20; LTP at Rs 358

Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has published a book closure date for the proposed dividend and upcoming 16^th AGM. As per the notice published in newspaper today, the book closure date has been set on Falgun 20, 2074. Thus, only those shareholders owning shares till Falgun 16, 2074 i.e. days ahead of the book closure date are eligible for proposed dividend and to participate in the AGM. SBL had proposed 14% bonus shares from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. SBL has been issuing 10% right shares to its shareholder from Falgun 2, 2074 which will ends on Chaitra 6, 2074. Its paid up capital will surge to Rs 8.47 arba after adjustment of 10% right & 14% bonus shares from existing Rs 6.82 arba. Its LTP stood at Rs 358 as of last trading day. Announcement:
