Book closure for 10% right shares of Siddhartha Bank on Magh 22; LTP at Rs 360

Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has published a book closure date. As per the notice published on NEPSE today, the bank’s SGM held on Asar 18, 2074 has set the book closure date on Magh 22, 2074. Thus, only those shareholders holding shares till Magh 21, 2074 i.e one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible for the proposed 10% right shares. It had announced 10% right shares to its shareholders. SEBON had given final approval on Poush 4, 2074. Laxmi Capital Market Limited has been assigned as issue manager. Its paid up capital will reach to Rs 8.47 arba after adjustment of 14% bonus shares from the net profit of FY 2073/74 and 10% right shares. It had earned Rs 79.73 crore in the second quarter of the FY 2074/75. Its LTP stood at Rs 360 as of last trading day.
