Bonus shares worth Rs.5.79 Crore announced for shareholders of Mirmire Laghubitta; decision subject to approval from NRB

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the dividend decision of Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MMFDB).

The 156^th BOD meeting of the company has decided that the company will distribute 45% bonus shares worth Rs.5.79 Crore and 2.3684% cash dividend worth Rs.30.50 Lakhs (for tax purposes) for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 75/76.

The decision will be sent for approval from NRB after which it will be endorsed in the upcoming AGM of the company.

The trading in stocks of the company has been halted since 14^th May, 2019 as it is in ongoing merger process with Nagbeli Laghubitta and Kisan Laghubitta.
