Bonus shares of Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited listed on NEPSE; 3.95 Million units made tradeable

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding listing of bonus shares of Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited (JBBL).
As per the notice, 3,952,549.12 Units Bonus Shares of Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited (JBBL) has been listed on the stock exchange. These shares can now be freely traded in the secondary market.
The development bank had issued 12.75% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders.
