Bonus shares of Agricultural Development Bank and Global IME Laghubitta get listed on NEPSE; more than 5 Million units made tradeable

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published circular regarding the listing of bonus shares of two companies namely Agriculture Development Bank Limited (ADBL) and Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GILB).

5,103,129.6 Units Bonus Shares of Agriculture Development Bank Limited has been listed on the secondary market. The commercial bank had distributed 6% bonus shares and 15.053% cash dividend out of the profits of FY 74/75.

144,075 Units Bonus Shares of Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has been listed on the secondary market. The microfinance company had distributed 15% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 74/75.

A total of 5,247,204.6 units of share have been made tradeable.
