BOKL Extends Auction Deadline for Promoter Shares of Chhimek Laghubitta (CBBL)

Bank of Kathmandu Limited has extended the deadline of promoter share auction of CBBL.

Bank of Kathmandu Limited has been auctioning the promoter shares of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CBBL). 2,00,000 units promoter shares of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited are being auctioned. The auction opened on 14th Baisakh and was supposed to close on 21st Baisakh, 2078.

Since the application cannot be submitted to the collection centers because of the travel restriction imposed in the country at the moment, the deadline has been extended. Now, the auction will remain open for 5 working days after the travel restriction is lifted.

Individuals, existing promoters, and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction. The minimum bid rate is Rs. 600. Bidders can bid for a minimum of 1,000 units to a maximum of 2,00,000 units.
