BOKL Auctioning 3,16,156 promoter shares to the existing promoter and general public; Minimum bid rate set at Rs. 140

Bank of Kathmandu Limited (BOKL) is auctioning its 3,16,156 units promoter share to the existing promoters, general public, and institutions from Bhadra 1 to Bhadra 8, 2077.

The minimum bid rate is set at Rs 140. Therefore, all the bids must be placed at Rs 140 or above.

Similarly, the minimum bid quantity is 1000 units while there is no maximum quantity limit for application, meaning that the general public can apply for the entire 3,16,156 units. However, individual investors are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.

The general public can bid by filling a sealed bid form after paying Rs. 100 via NMB Capital, Nagpokhari, Naxal.
