BOK convenes 24th AGM; endorses 25% dividend for shareholders

24^th Annual General Meeting of Bank of Kathmandu has been conducted. The meeting presided by the chairman of Board of Director Prakash Shrestha, has approved the report. As the directives of Nepal Rastra Bank and under Nepal Financial Reporting Standard, the financial report was discussed and approved.

The general meeting has approved the deposited profit of fiscal year 2074/75 till Aashad 2075 to distribute bonus of 14 percent of Capital share and 11 percent dividend. The Bank has 83 branches, 70 ATM counter and 8 extension center in Fiscal Year 2074/75 and is successful to win the heart of 5,46,000(five Hundred Fourty Six Thousand) customer. The Bank has 76,91,00,00,000 (Seventy-Six Billion Nine Hundred Ten million) total deposit and 70,17,00,00,000 total loan (seventy billion one hundred seventy million) in fthe iscal year in 2074/75
