BOK Capital Market Limited has called its 6th AGM on 20th Ashwin, 2078. The meeting will be held in the company's office in Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 3 pm that day.

1) Endorse annual and financial reports of FY 2077/78.
2) Endorse an 18% cash dividend worth Rs. 3.78 crores.
3) Appointment of auditor for FY 2078/79 and approval of their remuneration.
