BoK Capital Market concludes its 7th AGM; endorses 5.79% cash dividend

BoK Capital Market concluded its 7th AGM on Kartik 4, 2079 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Mahesh Mishra thereby endorsing 5.79% cash dividend.
The merchant banker has so far signed an agreement to work as an issue manager for the public offer of 6 companies and is working as RTS for 11 different companies, as per the media statement.
