Bids of auctioned shares of Muktinath Bikas Bank to be opened on Mangsir 18, 2076; 4.02 lakh units being auctioned

Muktinath Bikas Bank (MNBBL) had issued 20% right shares to its shareholders. The bank, then, had auctioned the unsold right shares from Mangsir 08, 2076 till Mangsir 15, 2076. The company had auctioned:

Promoter shares: 1,02,516.32 units
Ordinary shares: 3,00,703.93 units
Total: 4,03,220.25 units

Muktinath Capital is the issue manager of the auction.

The bank has published a notice today regarding the bid opening of the auction. The bids will be opened on Mangsir 18, 2076 at Office of Muktinath Capital located at Hattisar Marga, Kamaladi, Kathmandu from 11 AM.
