Bid opening of Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta auctioned shares conclude; cut off price stood at Rs.801

Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JSLBB) was selling its 18,503 unit shares via auction from Bhadra 10, 2076. The auction closed on Bhadra 17, 2076. The bid opening of the same concluded on Bhadra 22, 2076 i.e. today

The company was auctioning 18,503 unit ordinary shares. Siddhartha Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager for the auction. The cutoff price for the auctioned shares stood at Rs.801. The auctioned shares have been fully subscribed by the general public.

JSLBB had issued 100% right shares to its shareholders at par to raise capital worth Rs.2.88 Crore.
