Bid opening of Auction share of Surya Life Insurance on Mangsir 08 at NIC Asia Capital, total 27,389.2 units promoter and 2,81,912.8 units ordinary shares

Surya Life Insurance Company (SLICL) has published a notice regarding the bid opening of the auction of its unsold right shares. The issue was open from Kartik 24, 2076 to Mangsir 01, 2076.

The bid applications will be opened on Mangsir 08, 2076 at NIC Asia Capital from 8:30 AM.

SLICL had issued 70% right shares to its shareholders. Of the total 88.74 lakh units offered, 3.09 lakh units were unsubscribed. Therefore the company is auctioning 27,389.2 units promoter share and 2,81,912.8 units ordinary shares.

NIC Asia Capital is the issue manager of the auction.
