Bhargav Bikas Bank allots 13.58 lakh unit shares; almost 36% (7.53 lakh units) unclaimed by shareholders; to auction in near future

Bhargav Bikas Bank (BHBL) has allotted right shares to its shareholders. As per the notice published by the bank today, 13,58,630 units right share were allotted to its shareholders on 12^th Magh, 2074. It had issued 21,12,000 unit right shares from Kartik 24 to Poush 14, 2074 in ratio of 10:8. Out of total issue, 7,53,370 unit (35.67%) remain unsold. NMB Capital was appointed as the issue manager. The development bank will be auctioning the unsold share to the general public through auction in near future.
