Bhaktapur finance IPO non-allotee to get refund from Ashad 1; investors can visit respective collection centers

Bhaktapur Finance Company Limited will be refunding excess money collected from investors as part of its initial public offering from Ashad 1, 2072. The IPO was oversubscribed by 3.57 times.

Bhaktapur Finance went public with 7,50,000 unit shares of Rs 100 face value, as part of its IPO on Baishak 9, 2072.

The bank has urged non-allottee investors to visit their respective collection centers with receipt to collect their refund money through account payee cheque.

The non-allotees have to bring their receipt with a copy of citizenship or authorization letter to collect their payment slip.

NMB Capital Limited was the issue manager and NCM Merchant Banking Limited as co-issue manager for the IPO.
