Bhaktapur Finance IPO gets green signal from SEBON; 750,000 kittas on offer

SEBON has given its nod to the Initial Public Offering of Bhaktapur Finance Company Limited.

The finance company is floating a total of 7 lakh 50 thousand unit shares as part of its IPO at the face value of Rs 100. Out of total shares, the company has allocated 5% for mutual funds and 2% for its employees.

Bhaktapur Finance Company Limited posted a net profit of Rs 5.25 million in the 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.

Meanwhile, the IPO had received a rating of “IPO Grade 5” from ICRA Nepal, indicating poor fundamentals.
