Bhaktapur Finance 5th AGM today; to endorse 5.50% stock dividend

Bhaktapur Finance Company Limited (BFCL) is holding its 5^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Falgun 26, 2072). The AGM is going to be held at Thapa Party Palace, Suryabinayak, Bhaktapur at 1:00 PM. The main agenda of the AGM is to endorse 5.50 percent bonus share and 0.003 percent cash dividend for tax purpose. Another main agenda is conversion of promoter – public shareholder structure to 51% promoter shares and 49% ordinary shares. The promoter share to ordinary share ratio of the finance will stand at 51:49 percent. Also, authorize BOD to endorse merger/acquisition with other BFIs and to amend the article of association and memorandum of association as directed by Nepal Rastra Bank. The others agendas of the meeting are to elect 5 BOD members from promoter shareholders group, to approve financial highlights of 2071/72 and appointment of auditor. Bhaktapur Finance had earned net profit of Rs.27.62 lakh in second quarter of the  fiscal year 2072/73.
