Bhairabkunda Hydropower Limited is conducting its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Falgun 9, 2074). The AGM is being held at Bhairabkunda Hydropower office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To endorse 48.97% i.e. 31,83,280 units IPO shares to the general public.
- To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
