Bhairabkunda Hydropower (BHAIRAB) will be conducting its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 9, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Bhairabkunda Hydropower Limited office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To endorse 48.97% i.e. 31,83,280 units IPO shares to the general public.
- To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
