Best Finance Company Limited (BFC) Calls AGM; What are the Agendas?

Best Finance Company Limited has called its 24th AGM on 30th Bhadra, 2078. The meeting will be held in the company's central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of the annual report for the fiscal year 2076/77 prepared by the board of directors.
2) Endorsement of the report for the fiscal year 2076/77 prepared by the auditor.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of their compensation.
4) Endorsement of board member appointment (female) representing the promoters.
5) Appointment of board members representing the public and the promoters.
6) Endorsement of potential merge/acquisition-related procedures and responsibilities.

Books will be closed on Bhadra 08. Thus, investors maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
