Best Finance Company convenes its 24th AGM; elects 6 new board members

Best Finance Company has convened its 24^th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman on Bhadra 30, 2078.

The AGM has elected Ms. Laxmi Shrestha, Mr. Ram Chandra Devkota, Mr. Ram Krishna Chaulagai, and Mr. Sudhir Gyawali as board members from the promoter shareholders group while Mr. Ram Shrestha and Mr. Khimlal Paudyal from the public shareholder group, as per the media statement.

The finance company with a paid-up value of Rs 82.89 crore currently provides its service from 14 different branches, as per the media statement.
