Best Finance Company completes acquisition of Synergy Finance

Best Finance Company has completed the acquisition process of Synergy Finance on Shrawan 17, 2075. The joint transaction of the combine institution was inaugurated by Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank Dr. Chiranjibi Nepal amid a program on Wednesday. With the acquisition, the finance company has relocated its head office to the then corporate office of Synergy Finance located at Kamladi, Kathmandu.

The finance company has also reformed its Board with Mr. Padma Raj Neupane as its chairman, Mr. Milan Thapa, Mr. Krishna Shrestha, Mr. Suraj Chettri as BODs from the promoters while Mr. Bebijan Timalsina and Mr. Mahesh Prasad Adhikari as BODs from public shareholder group while Mr. Bimal Dhakal as independent BOD.
