Best Finance Company (BFC) Postpones AGM Until Further Notice

Best Finance Company Limited (BFC) has postponed its upcoming AGM. The company had called its 24th AGM on 31st Baisakh, 2078. The meeting was to be held in the company's central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
These were the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of the annual report for the fiscal year 2076/77 prepared by the board of directors.
2) Endorsement of the report for the fiscal year 2076/77 prepared by the auditor.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of their compensation.
4) Endorsement of appointment of a new working committee.
The AGM is not postponed till further notice. Baisakh 19 was declared the book closure for the AGM. The company did not mention whether this book closure will hold true for the AGM to be scheduled, although it is likely.
