Bank of Kathmandu to Issue "10.50% BOK Debenture 2086" from Bhadra 02

Bank of Kathmandu Limited has published an offer letter to issue 11,00,000 units of "10.50% BOK Debenture 2086" to the general public and institutions.

The debenture with a maturity period of seven years and a coupon rate of 10.50% will be open for application from 2nd Bhadra to 7th Bhadra, 2079. If the issue isn't fully subscribed, the deadline can be extended till Bhadra 16.

11,00,000 units will be issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. 6.60 lakh units of the total issue will be subscribed via private placement while the remaining 4.40 lakh units worth Rs. 44 crores will be open for the public issue, 5% of which is also allocated for mutual funds.

NIBL Ace Capital has been appointed the issue manager. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units to a maximum of 1,00,000 units. SEBON approved the debenture on Shrawan 15.
