Bank of Kathmandu Lumbini appoints Sitram Kattel & Kunjana Ghimire as official Brand Ambassadors
Bank of Kathmandu Lumbini Limited (BOKL) has appointed renowned Nepali actors and social workers Mr. Sitaram Kattel & Ms. Kunjana Ghimire as their official brand ambassadors.
Agreement to that effect was signed on 21st December 2016 at the BOKL Head Office by Mr. Ajay Shrestha, CEO of BOKL and Mr. Sitaram Kattel.
In a press statement it stated that the newly appointed brand ambassadors will be featured in a new integrated campaign for the Bank which will run across TV, radio, print and online channel among others. The campaign will be centered on a theme “Bachat nai ho Dhan, Sunaulo Bhabisya, Sajilo Jivan” to promote savings deposit growth in the Bank as well as to inculcate savings habit amongst the general population through various awareness generating programs.
On the occasion, Mr. Ajay Shrestha, CEO BOKL said that this association with Dhurmus & Suntali will help the Bank to achieve their longer term objective to usher in financial inclusion in the true sense providing complete financial access to urban, semi urban and rural areas catering to the banking requirements of all segments of the society.
Bank of Kathmandu Lumbini is currently providing banking services through a network of 74 branches, 66 ATMs and 7 extension counters. As at the end of 1st Quarter for the FY 2073/74, the Bank was able to earn a net profit of NPR 270 million with a total deposit of NPR 69.32 billion and loan of NPR 61.47 billion and more than 500,000 clientele base.
