Bank of Kathmandu expands to 77 branches; opens 2 new branches at Galchhi and Mirchaya

Bank of Kathmandu Limited (BOK) has formally inaugurated two branches at Galchhi and Mirchaya, its 76th and 77th branch, with a view to provide a complete banking service in those Regions. 13 Issuing the press statement, the bank informed that Galchi Branch was inaugurated amidst a function by bank’s BOD Mr. Radhes Pant and Chairman of Galchhi Gaupalika Mr. Krishna Hari Shrestha. Similarly, Mirchaya Branch was jointly inaugurated by bank’s BOD Mr. Govinda Prasad Sharma Regmi, Mr. Jiwachh Sah, personal secretary to the right honorable President of Nepal and Mr. Hari Sankhar Shah, President of FNCCI Mirchaya. Senior officials of the bank, customers and other stakeholders were also present during the event. With 77 branches, 67 ATMs, 8 extension counters & 17 branchless banking touch points; BOK has been offering a full range of banking services. As at the end of 1st quarter of FY 2074/75, the bank has been able to mobilize total deposit of Rs 69.15 arba and total loan of Rs 62.33 arba.
