Bajeko Sekuwa opens its new franchise at Gongabu, Kathmandu

Bajeko Sekuwa under the franchise model is opening its new outlet at Gongabu from the month of Bhadra.
Bajeko Sekuwa currently operates ten outlets among which five are wholly owned and operated by Bajeko sekuwa Pvt. Ltd. and the rest are under the franchise model. This is the fourth outlet inside Kathmandu valley and sixth overall in Nepal. The first franchise outlet opened at Nagdhunga, Pokhara in 2071 B.S. The kiosk at Labim Mall Pulchowk started its operation from Baishak 2073.
Mr. Chetan Bhandari , CEO of Bajeko venture mentioned, “Bajeko sekuwa is probably the first Nepali restaurant chain to expand and operate its service under the franchising model.”
The new franchise at Gongabu is owned by Mr. Nitesh Dhoj Karki and Mr. Prashant Gir.
Mr. Sushil Khadka, Managing Director of Bajeko venture stated, “With the adoption of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Bajeko venture has been able to standardize, monitor and audit the taste and consistency of the brand which will make the operation of franchises even more simplified in the future.” He also mentioned about the plans to launch Bajeko masala and packaged meat in the near future.
