Bagmati Dev Bank to remain closed on Poush 28

Bagmati Development Bank Limited (BGDBL) will be closed on Poush 28, 2073 for the purpose of data migration. All the branch offices of the development bank will also be shut down on the particular day.
Sanima Bank Limited is acquiring Bagmati Development Bank. The joint operation of both companies will start from Poush 29, 2073 as Sanima Bank Limited.
BGDBL has paid up capital of Rs 6.55 crore. It posted a net loss of Rs 1.60 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74.
