Auction of Surya Life Insurance opens from today; Company auctioning 27,389.2 units promoter and 2,81,912.8 units ordinary shares

Surya Life Insurance Company (SLICL) has published a notice regarding the auction of its unsold right shares. The issue will open from Kartik 24, 2076 (Today) to Mangsir 01, 2076.

SLICL had issued 70% right shares to its shareholders. Of the total 88.74 lakh units offered, 3.09 lakh units were unsubscribed. Therefore the company is auctioning 27,389.2 units promoter share and 2,81,912.8 units ordinary shares.

NIC Asia Capital is the issue manager of the auction.

The minimum bid price has been set at Rs 100, so all the bid value must be equal to or above Rs 100. Similarly, the interested applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units or a maximum of 27,389.2 units for promoter share and a minimum of 100 units or a maximum of 50,000 units for ordinary shares.
