Auction of promoter shares of Surya Life by NIC Asia Bank remains unsubscribed; all valid applicants allotted shares

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) was selling 55,000 units promoter shares of Surya Life Insurance Company Limited in the auction to the general public from Falgun 05, 2076 to Falgun 13, 2076. The bid opening day for the same was on Falgun 16, 2076.

The minimum bid price had been set at Rs.250 per unit. The minimum bid quantity is 100 units and the maximum is 55,000 units.

NIC Asia Capital is the issue manager of the auction. As per the issue manager, the issue remain unsubscribed and all valid applicants were allotted shares. The issue received applications from 12 applicants applying for 13,600 units. Applicants who have bid above the minimum bid price were fully allotted share.

The issue manager also confirmed that the auction for promoter shares of SLICL will be re-opened soon.
