Auction of 4,280 units unsold right shares of Kisan Microfinance closes today; Capital to reach rs 7.20 after adjustment

The auction of Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMFL)'s 4,280 unit unsold right shares closes today at 3 PM.
The microfinance company had auctioned 183 units of unsold promoter right shares and 4,097 units of unsold ordinary right shares.
The applicants can collect and submit forms at the following branches till 3 PM today:
- Civil Capital Market, Sundhara, Kathmandu
- Civil Bank Limited, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Narayangad, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj
- Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha, all branches
The microfinance company had floated 2,40,250 unit right shares from Mangsir 02 till Poush 08 at par value of RS 100. Its paid-up capital will reach Rs 7.20 crore after the adjustment of 50% right shares.
