Today is the opening day for the auction of the holdings of Nabil Balanced Fund 1. The auction will close on Jestha 13, 2075.

The merchant bank has urged the bidders to place bids for all shares in Group C and Group D. Similarly, bidders can apply for minimum 1,000 unit shares of Group A and minimum 10,000 unit shares of Group B.

The minimum bid price for the shares have been set as Rs 100 and for the debentures it has been set as Rs 1,000.

The bidders are to apply using Good for Payment Cheque or Manager’s Cheque in the name of Nabil Investment Banking Limited for all the amount from the member banks of Nepal Clearing House Limited.
